National Futsal Team Selection

A massive congratulations to the following students who have been selected to represent Australia in futsal:

U13 – Charlie T

U16 – Darrel M

Both boys will proudly wear the green and gold as they travel to Barcelona in May next year. This incredible opportunity comes after a successful tournament representing Queensland on the Gold Coast over the school holidays.

We’re so proud of their achievement and can’t wait to see them shine on the international stage!

Mackay State High's very own, Oren Byrd, has recently competed at the Queensland Athletics All Schools State Championships in Brisbane and broken the gold record of 6.72m in long jump! What an amazing achievement, congratulations Oren, MSHS is so proud!
