DBCT are excited to announce that applications are now open for two Operator Traineeship positions at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal. As a trainee, you'll learn to operate multi-million-dollar equipment, work close to home and gain valuable qualifications, including a Certificate III in Resource Processing and a Certificate III in Surface Extraction. Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd is a Queensland-based coal export facility that has been supplying coal from the Bowen Basin coal fields to global export markets since 1983. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Commence Febuary 2026

• Based at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal, 38 kilometres south of Mackay

• Applications close 31 August 2025

• Assessment centre interview on 1 October 2025

• Requires an unrestricted driver's licence (P Licence acceptable) and White Card at commencement

• This position is open to local residents, travel and accommodation is not provided
